It had been more than a year for commitment given in writing on letter head by MRD department is not yet fulfilled.
I had been promised RCI membership in offer letter, the promise is yet to fulfill.
I had been in touch with Mr. Syed Khaja since almost l year, I had sent him 11 reminders to fulfill his commitment but its all in-vain.
Now eminent Mr. Syed Khaja is offering me DAE card, which I am not going to accept in any case.
I had taken membership for RCI membership only and if that promise is not fulfilled I do not want to pursue your membership where the customers cheated.
Day before yesterday I had talk with your efficient, eminent, brilliant Mr. Syed Khaja has made me clear that promises given in offer letter need not be fulfilled under some by laws of 1958.I would like to have details on that.
Secondly i insisted to refund my money along with interest, but again your efficient, eminent, brilliant Mr. Syed Khaja has made me clear that I had signed some document where they have taken my signature on some document where it has been mention that the membership fees is non-refundable, where as I would like to tell you that offer letter promises for refundable membership. Mr. Syed Khaja was suppose to send me scanned copy of my signed document, which he might send me whenever he gets time.
Please note that it had been more than one year I had been suffering from unnecessary tension and constantly under feeling of being cheated by CCIL.
Still I request you to look into this matter seriously. I had kept quite for so long time that does not mean i will be quite always.

Almost 1 year has passed to get membership cards for RCI. You all very efficient in asking for AMC amount but same smartness vanishesh in provide even basic service.
Members became frustated if he needs to wait for one year for any card.
I hope so you all will put efforts at least now to fulfill your promise.
